In this video, I’ll take you to one of my favorite campsites in upstate New York and show you what solo van life camping looks like. Whenever I need a break from the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple, I come here—it's only a two-hour drive from the city.
This time, I stayed for two nights in my self-converted Sprinter camper van and cooked two delicious van life low carb meals. The first night's dinner was planned, while the second night’s meal was made with whatever I had in the fridge, and it turned out delicious!
Even though it was raining, I finally got a chance to enjoy my campfire. This campsite has a total of eight sites, and I really love Site #8 because it’s separate from the rest.
