When we cracked it open, we uncovered incredible engineering choices, including unobtainium double-helical (herringbone) gears and a unique five-pole motor. But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. The original magnet completely lost its charge, and the vintage trucks were caked in decades of grime and hair!
Watch as we do a complete tear-down, run the filthy components through a 15-liter ultrasonic cleaner, use a specialized Ronald Dodd remagnetizer to rescue the dead motor, and properly lubricate the assembly with plastic-safe synthetic Super Lube.
