Ingredients:
1. One kg of chicken nicely washed
2. Half a bunch of chopped methi saag ( nicely washed)
3. Three sliced onions
4. Two tomato pastes
5. Two tablespoons of garlic paste
6. Two teaspoons of ginger paste
7. One tablespoon of green chili paste
8. One cup of yogurt
9. Five to six slit green chillies
10. Bay leaf + whole dry red chillies + one big cardamom + whole garam masala + whole black pepper
11. One tablespoon of cumin powder
12. One tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
13. One teaspoon of turmeric powder
14. One teaspoon red chili powder
15. One tablespoon of coriander powder
16. One teaspoon of garam masala powder
17. Around one tablespoon of kasuri methi
18. Black pepper powder
19. Salt as needed
20. Sugar as needed
