This soup tastes so good in a cold winter night! I want to share with you my mushroom Doenjang jjigae recipe. Scroll down for online link to Korean Soybean Paste!
Serves 2 (large servings)
Ingredients:
5-7 dried anchovies, in a soup pouch
½ Onion , Wedged
1 Small Zuchinni, quartered and sliced into ½ inch thick pieces
6 Shitake mushrooms
½ tablespoon minced garlic
2 cups water
4 Tablespoons soy bean paste
½ pack enoki mushrooms
Jalapeños to taste preference
10oz tofu, cut into the ¼inch cubes
Green onions for garnish
Serve with rice and banchan
