Описание: The USS Constitution; the nation's oldest commissioned warship and a treasured part of the history of the United States, sees its 77th Commanding Officer take up the mantle. Commander Billie J. Farrell, succeeding John Benda, will be the first woman in the ship's history to wear the title. Watch as Mayor Wu gathers with other service members, community members, and elected officials at the Navy Yard in Charlestown to celebrate the momentous occassion marked by the triumphant cannon fire of Old Ironsides.
