Otis hit Miz with the Vader Bomb to win the match. Morrison stole the briefcase and run away with it. Otis was one step ahead of him because the contract was in his lunch box. When Morrison opened the briefcase, he found a stapler, Q-Tips and a sandwich. Next week, Otis faced Morrison. This time Miz stole the lunchbox. Then Otis beat Morrison. The contract was actually in another lunch box, Miz found an apple core and called in a favor. Next week, Otis took out both of them. Miz confirmed his plan and Otis was served with a lawsuit, where they want him to forfeit the briefcase. A week later, Otis confirmed he won’t give up the briefcase. Two weeks later, Miz, Morrison and Tucker were drafted to Raw and Otis stayed on Smackdown. On Raw, Tucker introduced his new partner El Gran Gordo and they faced Miz and Morrison, where they actually won. After the hearing, Miz bribed JBL, who then gave Miz a shot at Otis’ briefcase, which happened at Hell in a Cell. Tucker betrayed Otis and Miz won it. Then Otis attacked Tucker and there was no follow up.
