National Transportation Safety Board Chair Jennifer Homendy testified before a Senate committee about her agency's preliminary findings in its investigation into January's deadly midair collision between an American Airlines jet and a Black Hawk helicopter over the Potomac River in Washington, D.C. The crash killed 67 people. Acting FAA Administrator Chris Rocheleau is also testifying at the hearing.
