In this video, Cycle Monkey founder Neil walks you through the oil change process for the Rohloff SPEEDHUB 500/14.
You will need the following tools, all of which are available in the Cycle Monkey online store (store.cyclemonkey.com).
One oil change syringe
One filler tube
One 25ml bottle of Rohloff cleaning oil
One 25ml bottle of SPEEDHUB oil
One new oil drain screw
One 3mm Allen wrench
A few shop towels
