We took advantage of the unusually dry Spring and managed to get into this Mine level.. For the first time in years, the water level wasnt bubbling up out of the grate and we could explore this short but interesting level. With two capped shafts, lots of calcification and some historic artefacts thrown in for good measure.
We strongly advise against entering any mines without prior experience, training and proper equipment. It is an Extremely Dangerous environment and carries a high risk of Serious Injury or worse from a combination of rotten false floors, falling debris and sudden voids with 100+ ft drops.
