Short video to show how to get into the Speed Work run workout for Workout Wednesday Intervals on Zwift.
Once you are you in the normal Run mode:
Click/tap the Menu button bottom left
Select the Workouts option on the right hand side
On the Workouts tab select the "Speed Work" workout from Week 1 of the 3Run 13.1 section.
Then click/tap the orange Workout button and you should then be guided through the workout which is basically 3 sets of 800 metres at a tempo pace (bit slower than HM pace) and 400 metres fairly hard (bit faster than 5K pace).
There is no sound on the video.
