Описание: Rinpoche began the teaching talking about stopping the four negative thoughts, which are attachment to this life, attachment to future samsara, self-cherishing thought and the root of samsara, ignorance holding the I as truly existent. Rinpoche also spoke on the Sakya teaching of Separating from the four clingings. Often outside it looks like someone is practicing dharma with incredible zeal, looks incredible, but if your mind is not pure, selfish mind, if there is no bodhichitta then all the actions done do not become the cause of enlightenment. If you hold the I as truly existent, existing from its own side, then you don’t have right view, then all your actions don’t become the antidote to samsara, remedy to ignorance, remedy to samsara, remedy to eliminate root of samsara ignorance, because believing the I as real, so that is wrong concept. So instead of cutting ignorance it becomes developing ignorance. Basically, if you look at I as real, it is not right view, it is not meditating on emptiness. You have to be careful when you meditate on emptiness, if you don’t analyze there can be mistakes in emptiness and it leads to nihilism. Lama Tsongkhapa said appearance and object to be refuted is not differentiated, so that is wrong meditation on emptiness. Rinpoche then explained a correct and incorrect way to meditate on emptiness. Lama Tsongkhapa said in the Hymns of Experience: if you don’t try to reflect on the shortcomings of samsara… Rinpoche then spoke a little on suffering of change, which is samsaric pleasure. Samsaric pleasure is like honey on a razor, or poisonous food that you eat and it kills you. We have tried samsaric pleasure from beginningless rebirth up to now but we still did not get satisfaction. Attachment to that didn’t free us from samsara, that is why from beginningless rebirths up to now we have been suffering in samsara. Rinpoche then spoke on the 12 links and how they tie us to samsara, this is why we suffer in samsara continually. Rinpoche said the two main meditations to do every day, to make our life best, is meditation on emptiness and bodhichitta. This is the most important dharma practice. Rinpoche then spoke on the wheel of life.
