00:32 Disconnect power, drain the spa
00:42 Remove the doors
00:52 Loosen the nut on the heater mounting stud
01:06 Disconnect the incoming power, jet pump, ozone and heater
02:15 Disconnect the Limit therm, pressure switch, Reg therm spa light and control head.
02:30 Loosen the compression fittings and remove the heater
02:50 Remove the old box
02:59 Install the new box
03:10 Insert the heater mounting stud and install the heater
03:54 Connect the bonding wire, sensors pressure switch & light
04:40 Connect the heater wires to heater black and heater white
04:50 Remove the power cord strain relief clamp
05:12 Connect the incoming power wires
05:34 Install the power jumper
05:50 Connect the heater ground
06:02 Connect the jet pump wires
06:50 Connect the ozone
07:13 Strain relief clamp and connect the heater bonding wire
07:35 Break the seal and remove the control panel
07:55 Remove all silicone, dirt and debris from the bartop
08:20 Plug the control panel into the J9 control head interface
08:34 Place a silicone bead on the control panel
08:57 Press the new control panel down firmly and clean up excess
