One touch passing drill with a partner from 5 yards away.
3 things to focus on:
1) Most of the passes will be with the inside of the foot - toes pointed up.
2) Lock your ankle and foot, making the muscles flex when passing.
3) Pass with proper weight. Most of the passes need to be medium weight, but some need heavy, while others need lighter. If the ball comes at you heavy/fast, then return it with a softer pass.
