About the Speaker:
Dr. Hemant Bhargav is an Associate Professor at NIMHANS, Bengaluru, specializing in Integrative Medicine with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and families affected by mental health conditions. With a basic degree in modern medicine (MBBS) and advanced training in Yoga and Mental Health (MD, PhD), he focuses on how evidence-based mind-body practices such as yoga can support healing and well-being in patients and caregivers. Dr. Bhargav has published extensively on yoga therapy and mental health, and works with leading institutions including Harvard Medical School.


About ManoSandesh video series :
ManoSandesh is a video series spread over many episodes to address different mental health conditions to promote awareness and respond to commonly asked questions.
