This #ADHDAwarenessMonth, we had the the opportunity to sit down with Cllr George Farquhar, Mayor of Bournemouth, who shared an open and honest insight into his personal experiences living with ADHD.
The realisation helped him to reflect on some of his behaviours and traits from his childhood and how they manifest in his life today. He also offered some encouraging words for others who have ADHD and emphasised the importance of embracing your neurodiversity.
