This video discusses the hops and malts used to make the Classic American Pale Ale. We taste it and discuss the merits of the recipe and how the hops present themselves and are balanced with the malt bill.
In the next video, we will explore how three different yeasts effect the flavor, mouthfeel and hop expression of the beer.
