for the first time in three and a half years we are BACK IN SAC WOOHOO!!!!
I seriously can’t believe it’s been so long since I’ve been in this venue, the start of my current PR streak (which is now at 26), the first time I ever made second round in any event, the first comp I went to after coming out as trans, the last comp before lockdown, the first comp after lockdown, and not-so-fun fact, the place I was at when Kobe died (rip)
but yeah, so much history with this place, it’s kinda astonishing that I haven’t been here since 2021, it is really fun tho, was always a favorite of mine, along with Berkeley :)
the solves were pretty good, tho pyraminx was kinda unsatisfying bc of barely missing sub-7 and finals. for the first time in history i wanna actually practice this event now.
also sq1 pr but i barely missed sub-20 on that too, and I choked a sub-40 single on 4x4
but yeah! pretty nice comp overall :)
