Easy and simple laddu.
Boondi
Add little by little water into besan powder make it into a thick consistency.
pour the mix into the oil by using skimmer.
fry it for about 1-2 min in low flame.
sugar syrup
for sugar syrup mix water to the sugar stir well add cardamom and cloves continue to stir until the sugar syrup gets a thick consistency.
mixing
Add the sugar syrup to the boondi. let it rest for about 2 -3 min
Add raisins and mix well
make it into small balls.
you can add the quantity as per the requirement.
