10 Dec 2024 marks the date where Punggol Coast Station is opened for passenger service, and trains from Harbourfront will no longer terminate at Punggol. The first train to enter Punggol Coast was T346, 7069/7070.
Overall, it really is a refreshing new day for residents living along Punggol or near Punggol Coast. The station design looks aesthetically pleasing, and it really looks very large and spacious, especially at the concourse! It really is a decent-looking station!
