Dragon ball Super reacts to Saitama | OPM as Universe 13

A.U. explaination:-

Earlier there used to be 18 universes which got erased by Zeno because of their hunger for power. Saitama OPM is universe 13 which also got erased by Zeno because They had a God who got corrupted and wanted more power to kill Grand Priest and Zeno by finding stronger mortals and making them his avatar to take their place and become the ruler of the multiverse. There was a single mortal who was stronger than their god of destruction.

The power of the humans in this universe grows like Saiyans but they don't transform like them. The humans of universe 13 have limitless power but it is locked by limiter. If they experience near death situation multiple times only then the limiters gets broken and become way stronger than they initially were. But not every human can do that.
