One of my favorites does continue to be my first boss at Xerox his name was Bob. He would say "Danita we only hire the best, and get back out there." He was a great mentor because there was the ... the unbelievable belief in me and that I could do it. He never wavered on that. "You can do it, get back out there, and do it."
Who is the Bob in your life; who is the one that breathed life into you and came and walked along beside you; who saw the potential, who listened to you, who was willing to reach a hand out to you along the way? Who is the young leader or leaders in your life that you can be having a conversation with? What are you seeing in them, and how can you help them take that to the next step?
