Chef Tyler Scott from CampKitchen joins me for four days of wilderness canoe camping the the beautiful Algoma Region of Northern Ontario.
We paddle and portage our way through many ruggedly spectacular places in search of wild Lake and Brook Trout. The weather turns from heavy wind and rain to bright sunshine as we make our way through one of my favorite areas to explore.
