TEMACC is an APPEAR-partnership between University of Linz and Addis Ababa University. It explores the potential of information and communication technologies (ICT) for rural development – by developing systems that improve access to healthcare, particularly for mothers. In this video, the national coordinator at Addis Ababa University, Dr. Rahel Bekele, presents the objectives of the project. The project runs from 2017-2019.
