Naveen is a highly regarded professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Ralph H. and Freda I. Augustine School at Princeton University. He has spent more than two decades advancing analog and digital integrated circuits, in-memory computing, and energy-efficient architectures for biomedical and edge computing applications.

In 2022, he co-founded EnCharge AI to commercialize his team’s breakthroughs in charge-domain and in-memory computing, delivering highly efficient AI hardware solutions. His work is helping to redefine how computation and energy efficiency intersect for today’s—and tomorrow’s—AI workloads.

Beyond his entrepreneurial work, Naveen directs Princeton’s Keller Center for Innovation in Engineering Education, mentoring the next generation of engineers and fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
