We all want inner peace and lasting joy because that is the nature of our true Self. But when we try to find fulfillment outside by chasing things in this world, we become stressed and weighed down by negative thoughts and feelings.

By affirming the truth of what we are and especially by practicing meditation — we can find truly lasting peace and happiness within.
