The cut-money debate is again back in the spotlight. The Karnataka government led by Siddaramaiah and DK Shivakumar made their poll agenda to dethrone the Bommai government but now 'cut Sarkara' allegations are back on the ruling dispensation. DK Shivakumar has been accused of allegedly seeking a 10-15% commission from the contractors to release funds for pending bills.
