In this video, Dr. J and Evan will walk you through the interpretation of cortisol results via DUTCH Test.

When looking at the DUTCH Test, you will see the five salivary free cortisol points and those will add up on the Saliva Cortisol Total - the sum of 5 values. You can also see the metabolites on the Metabolized Cortisol (Total Cortisol Production).

Cortisol is often called the "stress hormone" because of its connection to the stress response, however, cortisol is much more than just a hormone released during stress. Understanding cortisol and its affect on the body will help you balance your hormones and achieve good health.
