Here’s your real estate market update for the week ending December 9th, 2025. This week brought a noticeable jump in activity on both the buyer and seller sides. We saw 262 new listings come on the market, which is higher than last week, and buyer activity stayed steady with 233 homes going under contract or pending.

Closed sales were strong for this time of year with 239 homes sold, which is up quite a bit week over week. Price reductions came in at 424, a little higher than last week but still not as high as we've seen recently. One of the biggest takeaways this week is the off-market activity — 301 homes canceled, expired, or withdrawn, showing that some sellers may be feeling unsure about the prices they’re getting.
