Welcome to my 30-day Summer Strength and Conditioning Series! For the month of June, I'll be posting a new workout every day.
Today we're focusing on our lower body -- specifically our posterior chain (hamstrings and glutes).
Equipment:
Bench, chair, box, or stable surface around knee height
Sliders, paper plates, small towels, or socks
Weights like dumbbells, kettlebells, or a barbell (optional)
