Kannada television actor Chethana Raj recently passed away after undergoing plastic surgery at a private hospital in Bengaluru. The district health officer has now made a shocking revelation that the private clinic where the actress underwent 'fat-free' surgery didn't have permission to perform cosmetic surgery. He also added that the clinic was functioning 'illegally.' 21-year-old Chethana Raj developed complications post-surgery and breathed her last on May 16th despite attempts to save her.
