Madame Masque Tribute

Описание: This tribute is for a villain who is extremely underrated in my opinion: Whitney Frost aka Madame Masque. Seriously, I looked around on Youtube and she only has one picture tribute despite being one of the most important Iron Man villains in his rogues gallery. It’s a shame because she’s actually my favorite Iron Man villain and is a really interesting character in my opinion.

Another thing that annoys me is that all of Madame Masque’s media versions are really strange for one reason or another. For example, the TAS version is probably the one that is the most close to the source material...except they decided to turn her into an Egyptian goddess or something which was ridiculous. The Avengers Assemble version only seems to be Madame Masque in that she wears a mask but other than that the similarities basically end as this version is a former Hydra scientist who can control machines or something and wants to end all conflict in the world for some reason. I also don’t get why they decided to connect with Hawkeye instead of Iron-Man but then again I don’t really get anything that show does. The Armored Adventures version is probably the best as she was both tragic and a major threat without being some super goddess like the two previously mentioned versions basically were. I just don’t really understand why they made her Obadiah Stane’s daughter instead of Count Neferia or why they turned her into a Mystique rip-off. Then there’s the version in the Agent Carter tv show...nah, that one’s fucking terrible. All I can say is that I hope Madame Masque is done more justice in the future as she's a really good character in my opinion.

So now I’m going to try making some tributes for a few non-Marvel/DC villains, mainly because it means a bit less work for me and the last few videos have honestly been pretty exhausting for me to make. I am more busy than usual these days so I think I will not be able to upload as often as I used to when I first started making videos, unfortunately. See you guys next time.
