Just completed my first week away from the gym in over a year. I only take one full week just to rest my body. Today I wanted to test my strength and core to see how one week away from the gym change me. I see no difference but little bit rusty in my opinion.
This past week we have seen a person get away with murder, young dolph killed in his hometown, the lakers struggling, the falcons struggling, politics, celebrities etc. At the end of the day. Cherish your life and strive for what goals you want to achieve. Your last day can be today. Make the most of it.
