The 4th UK Hip Hop Award won by Itch FM (2024). Previous winners include DJ Sammy Jay (2021); Deekay (2022) and Peaches The Edutainer (2023).
The Award celebrates the winner's contribution to UK Hip Hop, and is a celebration of the very real and active Hip Hop scene in Britain which has been consistently going since the early 1980's. The Award celebrates those who have played a significant role but not necessarily been given their flowers, but certainly deserve them!
The Annual Event which features a showcase of amazing UK Hip Hop artists and an open mic in addition to the Award presentation. It takes place every last Saturday in September and is fast becoming a must attend for all who love, support and are part of the UK Hip Hop scene.
Although the UK Hip Hop scene is very much under reported, it is as lively, vibrant and creative as it has ever been!
We told you way back since - Hip Hop we don't stop! And that is certainly true about Hip Hop all across the UK.
