7News has learned that a man accused of committing a homicide a day after being released from jail is in the country illegally and faced numerous previous charges, including being charged in a separate murder without ever facing justice.
A man died after a shooting inside a home in Reston, Va., on Wednesday, according to the Fairfax County Police Department (FCPD).
