Dragon Age: The Veilguard GMV - Rook & Taash in "Step-siblings"

First of all, Happy Birthday, Dragon Age: The Veilguard! 🥳

It seems like exactly a year ago I was knee deep in the character creator, getting the freckles on my first Rook, “Deborah Ann Swoll” just so.

Secondly, yes, I DID clear the usage of this song with Hall & Oates. Well, Oates was on board. Hall not so much, but that’s a whole other thing.

Third things third, this is a Rook AND Taash video, not Rook+Taash or RookxTaash. I don’t know how close your Rook and Taash are, but mine instantly became best buds (yours might be closer; nobody would blame you 😉).

These two started talking about their weird dungeon delving jobs, with traps and giant spiders, and instantly had a world in common with each other. This is two fourteen year olds who just found out they both like riding dirt bikes or some other niche hobby, and they just become BEST BROs.

They go eat at each other’s house (Rook does, anyway; he’s psyched about going over to a friend’s house, but Taash is less so about visiting the Necropolis), and show each other all their cool shit.

They give each other shit about their crushes, but are there to help out in any way, even when not asked.

And all in all, they got each other’s backs, because that’s what bros do, they help a bro be a bro, no matter what that bro wants to be a bro about.
