Hello, dear friends, and welcome back to my YouTube channel! Today, I'm excited to share with you a delicious recipe for roasted rolled pork belly, also known as porchetta in Italian cuisine. Will be slow cooked it in my CrockPot and finished in my Philips air fryer for that perfect crispy touch!

Ingredients:
For the Pork Belly:
Pork belly with ribs – 1.5 kg
Condiments for the Stuffing of the Chopped Meat:
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Dried thyme – 1 tsp
Salt – a couple of dashes
Dried rosemary – 1 tsp
For the Aromatic Herbs Rub:
Fresh parsley, finely chopped – a handful
Fresh thyme – a couple of sprigs
Fresh rosemary – a couple of sprigs
Garlic – 3 cloves, crushed
Zest from one lemon
Freshly ground black pepper – to taste
Chili flakes – a couple of pinches
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Additional Ingredients:
Grated Parmigiano cheese – 30 g
Cooking thread – enough to seal the pork
For Massaging the Pork:
Extra salt – to taste
Extra olive oil – to taste
For the Gravy Sauce:
Carrots – 3, chopped
Bell pepper (paprika) – 1, chopped
Yellow onion – 1 small, chopped
Red onion – 1 small, chopped
Mustard – 1 tsp
Juice from half a lemon
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
