SynchronIce - The Magic of Synchronized Skating

Описание: SynchronIce racconta il team Ice on Fire, squadra di pattinaggio sincronizzato sul ghiaccio nata a Trento nel 1996. Ad ottobre 2021 nasce l’idea di realizzare un progetto che avesse come obiettivo la diffusione di questo sport e il conseguente possibile inserimento dello stesso nelle future olimpiadi invernali. Nasce così SynchronIce, un documentario che mira a raccontare il mondo segreto del pattinaggio sincronizzato, volgendo lo sguardo i vari anfratti privati nei quali i sacrifici e la dedizione, l’entusiasmo, l’appagamento e la speranza si combinano in un percorso sportivo e di vita.
Ad agosto 2022, periodo di preparazione alle competizioni, sono iniziate le riprese per il documentario SynchronIce. Queste si sono poi concluse ad aprile 2023 e hanno coperto l’intera stagione sportiva della squadra Ice on Fire.
L’elaborato finale vuole presentarsi come un ritratto di una disciplina e al contempo di una squadra e delle sue componenti, rappresentative di tutti coloro che inseguono la realizzazione di un sogno: da un lato gli allenamenti e la performance e dall’altra la vita privata, gli impegni da conciliare con l’attività agonistica. Il racconto della squadra Ice on Fire diventa il racconto di tutte le squadre e di ognuna delle pattinatrici che le compongono, all’interno della trasversalità dei valori dello sport.
Il focus del documentario pone l’accento su cinque atlete particolarmente rappresentative all’interno della squadra, oltre ai due allenatori principali e alla psicologa dello sport.

SynchronIce tells the story of Ice on Fire team, a synchronized ice skating team born in Trento in 1996. The idea was born in October 2021 to carry out a project that had the objective to make known this sport and the consequent and possible insertion of the same in the future winter Olympics. With this assumptions SynchronIce was born, a documentary that tells the secret world of synchronized skating, looking at those private ridges in which sacrifices and dedication, enthusiasm, fulfillment and hope combine in a path of sport and life. In August 2022, a period of preparation for competitions, filming began for the documentary. These ended in April 2023 and covered the entire sports season of the Ice on Fire team.
The final result wants to present itself as a portrait of a discipline and at the same time of a team and its components, representative of all sports and the athletes who follow the realization of a dream: in one hand the training and performance and in the other the private life, the commitments to be conciled with competitive activity. The story of the Ice on Fire team becomes the story of all the teams and each skater, within the transversality of the values of sport.
The focus of the documentary places the emphasis on five particularly representative athletes within the team, in addition to the two main coaches and the sports psychologist.
