This is the first mini documentary by Hom1e, created in collaboration with an independent home and lifestyle brand, H2 Studio.
In this video, Yunjie, the founder of H2 Studio, shares the stories behind her work. She explains why there is a nose inside a cup and why her jewellery often comes in bold, oversized forms.
She talks about a kind of anger that is often ignored or dismissed as a woman, and how she transforms these feelings into the core spirit of her creations.
Yunjie also reflects on her understanding of home and connects it with jewellery. Both leave traces and carry imprints. Jewellery, like home, can be a statement of who you are.
