The Most Incredible Day on the Pacific Crest Trail - Day 116

Описание: Day 116 (Sep 5) of thru-hiking the Pacific Crest Trail northbound in 2025. One of the best days I had on the PCT. I started the day with an amazing sunrise and began ascending through Goat Rocks Wilderness in Washington, where the trail really starts to shine. I climbed to the summit of Old Snowy Mountain and crossed what is arguably the best section of the Pacific Crest Trail, known as the Knife’s Edge, a narrow ridgeline with some of the best views on the entire trail.

The day ended with an incredible sunset and a lightning storm while camping up on a ridge. Easily the best of the PCT for me.
