Описание: The Kalyazin Radio Astronomy Observatory (abbreviated as KRAO; formerly known as the Kalyazin Center for Long-Range Space Communications of the Special Design Bureau of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, abbreviated as Kalyazin Center for Long-Range Space Communications and the Kalyazin Space Communications Center, abbreviated as KPSC) is a Russian radio astronomy observatory and a division of the Special Design Bureau of the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. It was established in 1992. It is located near the town of Kalyazin in the Tver region, 200 km north of Moscow.
