GET TO THE POINT! Episode One: The 2017 Fender Roadhouse Stratocaster.

Описание: This is the first episode of a new series featuring sound demos of several guitars both electric and acoustic. I just thought of the series title when thinking of how many guitar demo videos I have watched where I have to wait through several minutes of video just to hear how the guitar sounds. I'm guilty of doing such videos myself. Not that there's anything wrong with it. But I think that there may be some viewers out there that may just like to hear the guitar and not care about a brief history about the instrument.

This week I'm demoing my made in Mexico 2017 Fender Roadhouse Stratocaster in Copper Metallic color. I used this guitar for many gigs since owing it but it hasn't been used in awhile these days due to my not gigging much.The guitar is in need of some TLC such as an intonation setup as you can hear in the demo so my apologies beforehand.

When possible after each demo I will give some specs on the screen. I hope you will find these videos fun to watch especially if you are out there looking for used or new instruments. The Fender Roadhouse series has been discontinued since the year 2000 and has seen several changes to the model throughout its production years. I believe my 2017 model featured here was probably the last changes before it was discontinued. It's a great guitar and if you can find one it's well worth checking out.

AMP: Fender Tone Master Deluxe Reverb with virtual bright cap removed and fitted with a Celestion neodymium Creamback speaker.

Recorded into a Presonus interface and into my 2020 iMac with no addition processing. The guitar was plugged straight into the amp
