RECIPE:
Prep time 20 minutes
2 Cups chilled lactose free whipping cream or regular whipping cream
1\8 Tsp salt
½ Cup chilled sweetened condensed milk
⅓ Cup chilled pudding mix
1 Tsp peppermint extract
Instructions:
Measure and prepare all the ingredients first to be organized
Make the Pudding first
Add the whipping cream and cornstarch in a saucepan
Mix well
Bring the mixture to a soft boil over a low heat
Cook for five minutes until the mixture becomes a smooth semi thick consistency
Remove the saucepan from the heat place it in cool water or over an ice bath, keeping stirring to prevent lumps from forming allow to cool completely transfer to a bowl with a lid
Then refrigerate overnight
To make the whipped cream frosting
Keep a mug and the whisk in the freezer for 30 minutes Or in ice cold water for ten minutes
Refrigerate the condensed milk before using
When ready prepare the whipped Cream Frosting
Add all the ingredients in a mug
Whip until stiff peak forms
Then it is ready to use for piping. Used immediately for frosting cakes and cupcakes
