Elsa has to attend the Fall Harvest Festival in Arendelle to give a big speech, but when she comes down with a cold, the only solution is to have her younger sister Anna go in place of her. However, there is a way to shape shift Anna into actually BECOMING Elsa so the people of Arendelle won't be let down!
