Verulum Saw Mill workers in Barberton, went on the rampage blockading the road leading to the company premises.
240 workers downed tools six weeks ago demanding wage increase among others. They are demanding that the lowest paid employee be paid at least 3-thousand-500 rand a month. Members of the community joined the strike in support of the workers.
