Описание: Kiwidave's carb........I have to have the accelerator pump screw turned right off in order fpr the throttle plate to shut fully. Why is that? Surely the throttle plate should shut with the screw a couple of turns open to allow a shot of gas into the throat when I twist the throttle. Do I need an accel pump rebuild kit???
