Four counties fail to agree on peace deal to end inter community clashes

Описание: Four counties that form the Amaya Triangle in northern Kenya, failed to sign a peace pact meant to end inter-community conflict among pastoralist communities. The Amaya river that cuts across the counties of Baringo, Laikipia, Samburu and Isiolo is the nexus of conflict often brought about by the scramble for water and pasture.
