I have carved and finished three spatulas with the Delica of late and to say I'm impressed is an under statement. So I thought it might be interesting to do a side by side comparison with the Fallkiven PC.
Both blades have been freehand convex sharpened by myself so this test is no reflection on the knives sharpness as they come out of the box.
