The problem with driving a street car on track is the seat is usually a compromise between comfort and holding you in place. If you're using strength and focus to brace yourself, it's taking away from your driving. Unfortunately, traditional 4 point harness aren't safe, and 5 point harnesses require a roll bar and a hole in your seat. Luckily, Schroth has a great option that can quickly and easily be swapped in and out of a dual purpose car: the QuickFit Harness. The way this works is you add a couple of attachment points that takes less than an hour to install; then, once at the track, you have 4 quick click-in points for the harness. During impact, a patch on the right shoulder breaks loose turning the harness into a three-point should belt which prevents submarining. Your factory seat belt latches are used which means the airbag still deploys on the lower setting.

It's genius. I can swap it in and out in less than a minute, and on track, it works beautifully. I can't recommend it enough.
