[PoE 3.21] BUILD SHOWCASE - Poison Tornado Shot (for late endgame)

Описание: We're now a month into the league, and it's about time to retire the Poison Tornado Shot build I league started with. This league there's a lot of talk about LA vs TS, and then there's this quirky build that I think turned out to be a real winner, and has the potential of maintaining viability in many leagues to come. It took a lot of work to square freeze into a poison build, but with enough investment, it can be done. However, once a Headhunter is obtained, I'd say a more traditional Tornado Shot magic finder is likely to supersede the amount of power this build can pull off. I'm thankful for the success this build has brought for myself and those of you in the community who gave it an try.
