Shell Decopage - using a Whelk Shell and a napkin

Описание: Sorry for the mug shot at the beginning. I had to explain that the first few minutes of the video is missing!!! I don’t know if I didn’t press record, or I deleted it, the it starts from when I’ve given the shell a second coat of paint and I’m starting to decoupage it.
